Steel 550 Short Stress Path Rolling Mill for Rebar Production Line
The stress loop of the working machine is the connection of the neutral line of the elastic deformation section of the stressed parts in the rolling mill after the rolling mill is subjected to the rolling force. The length of the stress loop is the sum of the lengths of the stressed parts in the rolling mill.The elastic deformation produced by the stressed parts in the rolling mill base is directly proportional to its sectional area and inversely proportional to its length. The shorter the stress loop in the base, the smaller the elastic deformation produced, and the greater the stiffness of the rolling mill (see the stiffness coefficient of the rolling mill), the higher the precision of the rolling products.
Short stress line mill, also known as non arch mill, is a kind of high stiffness mill. When used as a section mill, it should not only have high radial stiffness, but also have high axial stiffness.At present, many types of short stress line mills have been developed in China, such as :GY,HB,CW,SY,GW,DW, etc., among which there are three representative ones. They are GY short stress line mill,HB non-tailai mill, and SY high stiffness mill.These kinds of rolling mills are developed by referring to the P-60 non-tailai rolling mills in Sweden and combining with their different conditions. Therefore, the structure of the stress line of the main bearing part is similar to each other, and there are only some differences in the supporting mode and some specific structures, which have their own characteristics.
Advantages of short stress rolling mill
The stress loop is short and the rigidity is high to ensure the high precision of the product, and it is easy to achieve negative deviation.
1. There are positive and negative threads at both ends of the column, which can realize counterweight adjustment, and the rolling center line remains unchanged. It can improve the operation rate, save the time for maintenance and replacement of the guide and guard beams, reduce operation accidents, avoid process accidents such as rolling elbows, impact, and roll winding, and improve the guide and guard life.
2. Convenient axial adjustment and small axial clearance.
3. The balance spring is used, the balance force is unchanged, and the spring is compact in the bearing seat.
4. The rolling mill has good pre-adjustment performance, quick roll change and high yield rate.
6. The bearing seat is automatically adjusted, and the four-row cylindrical bearing is balanced in force, which improves the bearing life.
